At Monrovia Cattery all of our kittens are raised in our home so they experience loving human contact from the day they are born. We believe that experiencing this contact from the beginning helps them become well socialized kittens with gentle and affectionate personalities. Equally important to us are health and looks so in our breeding program we are striving for all of these qualities.

Kittens are generally ready to go to their forever homes by four months of age at which time they are young enough to adapt to their new families but strong enough to adjust to their change in home. They come with all necessary vaccinations and a health guarantee. We do strongly recommend that they be taken to the veterinarian for a well kitten exam within the first 72 hours.

All pet kittens are sold already spayed/neutered and our kittens may not be de-clawed. They learn quickly to use a scratching post and if provided one will not scratch on other surfaces. Kittens must be kept indoors only for their safety and welfare. Show kittens/cats may be available to the appropriate home. All kittens come with a contract.

Kittens can be shipped and the preferred carrier is Continental Airlines who provide a "counter to counter" service for pets.
